Before the weekend, we meet for a two-hour online Welcome & Exploration session. Time to connect, to talk through what's been going on, and to set your goals for our time together. We'll build a clear, personalised roadmap so we arrive aligned and ready for the work ahead.

How the weekend goes

In our one-on-one retreat, we’ll sit together – really sit together – and explore what's actually on your mind. I'll guide you through the challenges you're facing, with the space to be fully honest, no role to perform. Through simple exercises we go deeper, working with the core issues we named in the welcome session. Together we move through the five steps of my PEACE model, tailored to exactly where you are.

This isn't just about talking

It's about building a solid, personalised plan — a roadmap just for you. You'll leave with practical tools you can use straight away, and clear next steps to keep the momentum long after the weekend ends. Not a quick fix or a temporary boost, but lasting change — moving from 'in pieces' to genuinely 'at peace'.

I've been there - and I bring both halves of the way through.

I come to this work as a scientist and a leader — a PhD, and twenty years across academia, biotech, NGOs, politics and the UN. I also know the other side of it: severe depression, burnout more than once, and stretches of feeling completely adrift, even with a successful career on paper.

For two decades I searched for a way to live and lead that felt more peaceful and more purposeful, learning every tool and tradition I could find. Since 2016 I've brought all of it to leaders facing the same questions. I don't offer theory — I offer a path I've walked myself.

Release & Restore: The Weekend Retreat at a Glance

  • A 2-hour online Welcome & Exploration session to set your intention and build the roadmap.

  • Then 2.5 days in person in Norway or Spain — Friday morning through after lunch on Sunday.

Not Included: Travel to and from the location (transport from/to the airport can be arranged at an additional cost). Accommodation. Any personal expenses you may incur. Other locations might be offered upon request.

No role to perform, nothing to prove.
A weekend where you can set the weight down and simply be yourself.
